Tonight we went to the pumpkin patch to pick-out a pumpkin. Walter had his eyes set on the biggest one he could find from the moment we pulled-up, here he is sitting on that prized pumpkin of his. Then we walked through a corn maze. Rose E said "there is lots of corns" and Walter got a thrill out of being our navigator!
Then we came home and Jeff helped the kids carve their "vampire" pumpkin which will be our scarecrow head again this year.
love the pumpkin!! looked like a lot of fun picking it out! Cant believe how grown up the kids are! They're so adorable! Hope they have fun trick or treating! Cant wait to see more spook-tacular pics! Happy Halloween!!!
I thought I would add a picture of Walter's transportion room. We have had fun getting creative in decoration it and Walter loves it!
Our railroad kitchen
I thought I would show off our kitchen too! In our old house Jeff had this layout hidden away in our basement and when we moved into this house the kitchen seemed to work perfectly for it. The train runs around a big circle over two bridges and on top of our kitchen cabinets too!
*1 cup of flower *1 tablespoon of Oil *1 cup of water *1/2 cup of salt *2 teaspoons of cream of tartar * food coloring (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture forms a ball. Knead until smooth. Store in covered container. Have fun!
